As an Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting client accounts and ensuring a smooth, high-quality service experience. You’ll partner closely with internal teams, carriers, and clients to manage day-to-day needs, support renewals, and help deliver effective employee benefits solutions.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly while also building strong client relationships.


How you'll make an impact

Client Support

  • Serve as a day-to-day contact for client questions and support needs
  • Maintain accurate client records to ensure seamless service
  • Assist with open enrollment including scheduling, preparation, and follow-up
  • Help build strong relationships with insurance carriers and support client retention
  • Participate in quarterly client check-ins and service reviews
Account Management
  • Support renewals, enrollments, and ongoing account maintenance
  • Review policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy
  • Partner with carriers to ensure correct plan setup and resolve discrepancies
  • Help manage financial and utilization reporting for clients
  • Keep systems (like BenefitPoint and agency tools) updated and organized
  • Assist with compliance-related documentation and processes
Insurance & Technical Support
  • Ensure carrier quotes are received on time and review for completeness
  • Identify gaps or issues in quotes and follow up as needed
  • Leverage your knowledge of employee benefits to support the team and clients

About You
  • 2–5 years of experience in employee benefits or a related field
  • Active Life & Health license
  • Working knowledge of employee benefits plans and coverages
  • Comfortable working with clients via phone, email, and in person
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience with agency management systems (or ability to learn quickly)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Compensation and benefits

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
