What You Will Be Doing As the Technical Software Engineering Manager you will be responsible for guiding a team of Software Engineers to design, build, and sustain micro‑services in C++. You will translate program objectives into actionable technical plans and serve as the bridge between technical leads and program leadership.
Responsibilities
Define and prioritize the team’s deliverables, ensuring timely and quality output.
Collaborate with program leadership and cross‑functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
Mentor and grow engineering talent, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Represent the team in technical and non‑technical forums, communicating status, risks, and opportunities.

Security Clearance and Eligibility Must be a U.S. citizen. This position requires an obtainable Secret clearance and is located at a facility that necessitates special access.
Work Location and Schedule Onsite full-time at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Schedule: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
