About Your New Job as Project Manager As a Project Manager, you will play a strategic role in leading and coordinating key projects that drive the companys operational and regional success.
You will execute and communicate the delivery of critical digital or web projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
As the main liaison between the EPMO and operational stakeholders, you will coordinate project activity and deliver milestones that align with strategic objectives.
You will be responsible for end-to-end project planning, milestone tracking, maintaining project documentation, and creating/maintaining SOPs and work instructions.
Youll report project performance using key KPIs, handle cross-functional and multi-time zone collaboration, and become a super user of project management software.
You are adept at relationship building, effective resource allocation, and keeping stakeholders informed and engaged at all stages of the project lifecycle.
What Skills You Need as Project Manager Bachelors degree in a relevant field preferred.
5+ years' proven experience delivering projects across technology, marketing, sales, and operations.
PMI certification an advantage.
Working knowledge of project management tools.
Hands-on experience delivering projects via waterfall and Agile methodologies.
Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex information.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working cross-functionally and with diverse teams.
Fluent English is essential.
Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable with shifting priorities and rapid change.
Ability to travel up to 10% of the year.
