Micro1 is looking for experienced Software Engineers to help train and evaluate next-generation AI systems through real-world software engineering tasks. This role requires developers who can reason through unfamiliar codebases, clearly explain engineering decisions, and solve practical backend and full-stack problems. Preferred candidates have a Cybersecurity/SecOps background. The position offers flexible working hours (10-15 hours per week) and ranges from $20 to $75 per hour.
