Leading a high-performing team of engineers, the full-time remote DevOps Engineering Manager will oversee CI/CD processes, ensure secure software delivery, and drive compliance standards while empowering developers to ship code securely.
Key Responsibilities
Build, lead, and mentor a team of CI/CD, DevOps, and Platform engineers, fostering professional growth and technical excellence
Champion secure software delivery practices and maintain automated supply chain security controls, ensuring compliance with defined standards
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to develop and prioritize self-service developer portals and CI/CD capabilities that meet business needs
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a technical leadership role within a cloud-native SaaS environment
Proven ability to lead and empower technical teams, driving organizational change and collaboration
Expertise in CI/CD and GitOps environments with a strong understanding of secure software delivery practices
Working knowledge of cloud platforms and Infrastructure as Code to guide platform strategy and evaluate designs
Experience tracking delivery metrics to drive continuous improvement in pipeline performance
