MCCA serves as an administrative agent that provides common management of assets and general and administrative services for the Minnesota Hospital Association (MHA) and LeadingAge Minnesota.
MHA works to advance health care in Minnesota and improve patient safety and quality.

Job Description Seeking: Network Administrator.
The network administrator is responsible for exploring specialized solutions, developing and maintaining the association's network, and boldly resolving any unique complex problem.
Responsibilities
Support users and coordinate IT resources to ensure uninterrupted delivery of existing technologies and minimize user discomfort during installation of new technologies.
Maintain and upkeep the association’s computer network.
Manage A/V equipment, phone system, mobile devices, projectors, and tape backups.
Communicate with staff at all levels to define system needs, educate them in the use of new systems, and collaborate on existing problems.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer sciences or equivalent experience.
At least three years of general networking experience.
Prior experience with VMWare, Watchguard, BitLocker, Symantec, and AlienVault software is a plus.
