Director, Research Strategy Development

Takeda Development Center Americas, Inc. is seeking a Director, Research Strategy Development in Cambridge, MA to partner with Research Senior Leadership to define, prioritize, and execute enterprise-level research strategy initiatives aligned with long-term scientific and business objectives. Up to 5% domestic and international travel required to attend periodic in-person meetings with internal stakeholders and external collaborators related to research strategy and portfolio initiatives. Up to 20% remote work allowed. The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location. U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives.
