Administer and maintain application platforms and supporting infrastructure
Ensure system availability, performance, and reliability across global sites
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines
Automate deployments, patching, and configuration management
Implement Infrastructure-as-Code solutions
Coordinate releases, updates, and environment promotions
Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions
Drive incident response and root cause analysis
Enforce security, governance, and compliance standards
Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and manufacturing teams
KPI
System uptime and availability
Deployment success rate
Incident response and resolution time
Automation coverage
Change failure rate
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
5–8+ years of experience in system administration, DevOps, or platform engineering
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and release automation
Knowledge of IIS, Windows Server, and/or Linux administration
Experience with APIs, databases, and integrations
Knowledge of secure coding practices and SDLC
Experience with MES and ERP platforms is a plus
