This is a pivotal leadership role for a commercially minded leader who combines deep expertise in insights and analytics with a proven track record of building senior client relationships, winning new business, and delivering high-impact consulting engagements.
The Role You'll work closely with senior client stakeholders to solve complex business challenges through data-driven insights while helping shape the future direction of a growing Insights & Analytics practice.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading major client engagements across customer insights, segmentation, brand measurement, customer experience, and growth strategy.
Building and expanding executive-level client relationships.
Driving business development, revenue growth, and thought leadership initiatives.
Championing innovation through advanced analytics, AI, and emerging research methodologies.
Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of insights and analytics professionals.
Collaborating with multidisciplinary consulting teams to deliver strategic business outcomes.
About You
Proven track record of leadership experience in Insights & Analytics, Market Research, Strategy, or Consulting.
Demonstrated success building senior client relationships and generating new business.
Deep expertise across customer insights, market research, analytics, and strategic decision-making.
Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
Experience within consulting, professional services, or advisory environments preferred.
