Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries through the CRM.
Gather basic information about the customer’s needs, application, sample type, timeline, and purchasing process.
Schedule technical discussions between customers and Nanovea technical specialists.
Attend customer meetings with the technical specialist and take clear notes.
Summarize customer needs, meeting notes, and next steps in the CRM.
Prepare and send quotations using approved pricing, templates, and internal guidance.
Follow up with customers on open quotes and active sales leads.
Maintain professional and consistent communication with customers throughout the sales process.
Coordinate internally with sales, technical specialists, laboratory staff, and management.
Keep CRM records organized and up to date.
Help ensure that customer inquiries do not get lost or delayed.
Escalate technical, commercial, or contractual questions to the appropriate internal person.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
An associate degree, some college coursework, or additional training is helpful, but not required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to listen carefully and summarize information clearly.
Professional, friendly, and customer-focused personality.
Strong organization and follow-up skills.
Comfortable using email, calendars, basic office software, and learning CRM systems.
Ability to manage multiple inquiries and follow-up tasks at the same time.
Willingness to learn about Nanovea’s instruments, applications, and customers.
Prior experience in customer service, sales coordination, inside sales, administrative support, or technical support is helpful, but not required.
Technical background is not required.

Interested in growing within a technical sales environment.
Travel Occasional travel may be required for trade shows, training, or customer visits, but travel is expected to be limited, typically less than 5%.
