To enhance the onboarding experience for new revenue hires, the full-time remote GTM/Sales Onboarding Program Manager will conduct engaging training sessions, implement diverse teaching methods, and continuously evaluate and improve the onboarding program. Key responsibilities
Conduct engaging and interactive onboarding sessions for new sales hires Implement various teaching methods to enhance learning effectiveness and ensure a positive onboarding experience Regularly evaluate the onboarding program's effectiveness and identify areas for continuous improvement
Required qualifications
Proven experience managing end-to-end onboarding programs for sales teams in a high-growth B2B SaaS organization Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Bachelor's Degree Solid knowledge of corporate training techniques and learning theories Ability to build relationships and promote a team-focused work environment
