We are looking for a Receptionist Administrator who can also assist clinically when needed. Receptionist Administrator Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time Administrative Responsibilities: Verify insurance, process billing, and handle administrative paperwork. Maintain accurate patient records using Open Dental software. Answer phone calls and provide outstanding customer service to ensure a smooth patient experience. Assist the dental team with chairside procedures when needed. Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and organize equipment.
