Working remotely within the United States, the full-time Applications Analyst will manage installation and maintenance requests for the SmartPay and Ensenta platforms, ensuring software applications are fully functional while providing outstanding customer service. Key responsibilities
Manage a high volume of tasks efficiently, maintaining performance targets and completing daily assignments Provide remote software installation services and troubleshoot issues as necessary Work on special projects that support the business, often under aggressive deadlines
Required qualifications
Minimum of 18 months of experience in a financial institution, fintech, or technical helpdesk setting Ability to exercise good judgment in selecting methods for problem-solving Willingness to work 8:00am - 5:00pm CST and participate in an on-call rotation as needed Embraces change with a professional and positive attitude
