Speech Language Pathologist

Encompass Health seeks a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to provide evidence-based evaluation and treatment for adults in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will assess speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders; develop individualized care plans; and deliver goal-focused therapy to support safe discharge and functional independence. Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team, you’ll document outcomes, educate patients and families, and contribute to a nurturing, high-quality, and growth-oriented care environment aligned with Encompass Health’s mission.
