Requirements We require at least 1 year of desktop support experience. We prefer candidates who can commute to York, PA 17406. We require the ability to relocate to York, PA 17406 before starting work. Responsibilities We provide desktop support and help troubleshoot IT issues across PCs and mobile devices. We triage incoming technical problems and work to resolve them quickly so operations stay on track. We document processes and keep records organized to support continuous improvement. We assist with ERP and SQL database reporting to help stakeholders make data-informed decisions. We support IT service delivery in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Company We are offering a full-time IT Support internship in an in-person manufacturing environment where your work has a direct impact on daily operations. We provide hands-on exposure to desktop support, issue resolution, process documentation, and data reporting, giving you practical experience that can help launch your IT career. You will join a collaborative, close-knit team that values teamwork, continuous learning, and a supportive atmosphere. The role includes a salary range of $55,000 to $65,000 per year and benefits such as health, dental, vision, life, retirement, paid time off, paid holidays, parental leave, tuition reimbursement, professional development assistance, and additional insurance options.
