Job SummaryOwn new business across one of the fastest-growing smart home markets in the country. In this individual contributor role, you will have full ownership of the Greater Houston territoryfrom initial prospecting and trade partner outreach to in-home consultations and closing deals. This is a high-impact "hunter" role designed for a sales professional who thrives on building a pipeline from scratch and delivering sophisticated, technology-driven solutions that make homes and offices more connected and comfortable.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect builders, designers, architects, and homeowners through aggressive outbound outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct in-home sales consultations to understand client lifestyles, scope opportunities, and recommend tailored smart home solutions.
- Develop and present comprehensive sales proposals, collaborating with internal system designers on technical specifications.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with regional trade partners through one-on-one meetings and group presentations.
- Manage the full sales cycle within the CRM, ensuring every touchpoint is logged and data is used to optimize outreach strategies.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
