Supervisor, Respiratory Therapy

Marshfield Clinic – Marshfield Children’s seeks a Supervisor, Respiratory Therapy to lead high-quality pediatric respiratory care within our integrated health system. This on-site leader coordinates daily operations, staffing, and clinical standards for inpatient and outpatient services. The supervisor mentors therapists, supports evidence-based practice, and partners with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes.
