We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in general dentistry, with experience in providing comprehensive patient care across various dental disciplines. This role offers an excellent opportunity to deliver high-quality dental services in a professional, patient-centered environment. The Associate Dentist will be responsible for performing routine and complex dental procedures, ensuring optimal oral health outcomes, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards. Excellent dental-patient care a must.
*Responsibilities*
* Provide comprehensive dental examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning for diverse patient populations.
* Perform a wide range of dental procedures including restorations, extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and oral surgery.
* Utilize advanced dental technology and imaging techniques to enhance diagnostic accuracy and treatment effectiveness.
* Maintain accurate and detailed medical and dental records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and office protocols.
* Deliver patient education on oral health maintenance, treatment options, and preventive care strategies.
* Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and staff to ensure seamless patient care delivery using four-handed dentistry techniques.
* Adhere strictly to infection control protocols, aseptic techniques, and sterilization procedures to ensure patient safety.
* Stay current with the latest developments in dentistry through continuing education and professional development activities.
*Qualifications*
* Valid state license to practice dentistry with eligibility for licensure as an Associate Dentist.
* Proven experience in general dentistry with proficiency in pediatric dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery preferred.
* Familiarity with dental practice management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix.
* Strong knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, and anatomy relevant to dental procedures.
* Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs accurately and develop appropriate treatment plans.
* Knowledge of infection control standards and HIPAA compliance requirements for medical documentation and medical records management.

Pay: $188,678.39 - $227,225.58 per year
