Schedule Monday - Friday, DAY shifts available: 4 shifts of 9.5 hours (7:00 AM - 5:00 PM) or 5 shifts of 8 hours (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM). Job Description We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team. The ideal candidate will work independently managing a variety of orthopedic patients and conditions, ensuring high-quality patient care and support. This role involves evaluating patient needs and developing treatment plans to achieve rehabilitation goals. ResponsibilitiesConduct patient evaluations and assessments. Create and implement individualized treatment plans. Provide therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Required Experience / Certifications / LicensurePhysical Therapy degree (BS, MPT, DPT) from an accredited program.
