Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism Answer phones and assist with appointment scheduling Support patient check-in and check-out processes Process payments and maintain accurate client records Communicate hospital services, policies, and recommendations clearly Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their pets Support daily front desk operations and workflow Help create a positive experience for every client and patient visit What Our Veterinary Receptionists Bring
