Overview Department:Central Maine Long Term Care Inc. Schedule:Full Time, Evening Shift Facility:Bolster Heights Location:Auburn, ME Central Maine Healthcare is an integrated healthcare delivery system serving 400,000 people living in central, western and Midcoastal Maine. CMH's hospital facilities include Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston, Bridgton Hospital and Rumford Hospital. CMH also supports Central Maine Medical Group, a primary and specialty care practice organization. Other system services include the Central Maine Heart and Vascular Institute, a regional trauma program, LifeFlight of Maine's southern Maine base, the Central Maine Comprehensive Cancer Center and other high-quality clinical services. Responsibilities The Licensed Practical Nurse provides direct and indirect patient care services requiring technical and manual skills, within the scope of practice, that meet the psychosocial, physical, and general aspects of care, and meets the communication needs of the patient and family; Performs under the direction and supervision of Registered Nurse Case Manager. Qualifications EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
Current and valid state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
Minimum one year experience in an applicable setting preferred.
Current driver’s license, car insurance, car registration, and reliable automobile.
