Planner (Moerdijk)

Vacaturebeschrijving In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring efficient staffing for our clients, making sure every shift is covered with the right people at the right time.

As a Planner, you'll be based at our office in Moerdijk. Charlie works is a European staffing agency with a passion for connecting motivated workers with great employers. We aim to be the link that takes the pressure off our clients and makes work a little easier - and a lot more enjoyable - for everyone involved. Here is what you will be in charge of:

• You are responsible for the efficient and effective coordination of staffing schedules for our clients.

• You'll maintain ongoing communication with temporary workers, clients, and your fellow team members.

• Beyond scheduling, you'll also help organize housing and transportation for our temporary workers.

• You'll work with performance metrics like occupancy rates and fulfillment levels to ensure top-notch service

Job Requirements:

• You have an MBO-level education or equivalent working and thinking level, with experience as a Planner - preferably within the staffing industry.

• You're a strong communicator with excellent command of English, both spoken and written ( knowledge of additional Eastern European language(s) is a plus).

• You have strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with data and KPIs.

• You take responsibility for your work and have the persuasiveness needed to make planning as effective as possible.

• You either hold a valid SEU certificate or are willing to obtain one.
