Responsibilities for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor residents' health status and report changes to the nursing team Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Provide compassionate, resident-centered care Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements
Qualifications for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Current and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required Minimum of one (1) year of Long-Term Care experience preferred Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Commitment to providing exceptional resident care
