Collaborates with hospital leaders, physicians, and other Allied Health professionals to provide excellent imaging services through development of ongoing quality improvement practices. - 5% Provides personal pediatric care, recognizing the worth and dignity of each patient. The radiographer will provide the patient care essential to quality radiologic exams. - pervasive Prepares patients for radiologic procedures by positioning patient, adjusting immobilization devices, moving equipment into a specified position, and adjusting equipment controls to set exposure factors. - 10% Maintains production and quality of radiographs by following established standards and procedures, developing radiographs, observing radiographic results, and making necessary adjustments. - 5% Operate and maintain mobile x-ray imaging services - 70% Work closely with Speech Language Pathologists, Radiologic Services partners, outpatient clinic providers, and the Radiology Medical Director to provide Fluoroscopic imaging for swallow studies and other related fluoroscopy needs. - 5% Other duties as assigned - 5%
Qualifications: Education: - Associate's degree or higher in radiologic technology or a related field Experience: - Experience working with Pediatrics preferred, but not required License/Certification/Credential: - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Certification & BLS Preferred About Us Our work begins where we are all equal - at the heart.
