Location: Lucena Clinic, Child & Adolescent Mental Health Services Initial Bases: Lucena Clinic, Georges Street Upper, Dun Laoghaire, Co Dublin Lucena Clinic provides a comprehensive Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service for young people presenting with moderate to severe mental health disorders, to defined catchment areas, with an under 18 population of 172,585, residing in South Dublin City and County plus North and West County Wicklow. Clinical Teams are based throughout the catchment area operating clinics in Tallaght, Rathgar, Dun Laoghaire, Bray, Wicklow town and Arklow. In addition to community CAMHS, Lucena Clinic is developing several specialist services at this time, including eating disorder services, crisis intervention, and day hospital services. In line with the National Model of Care for Early intervention in psychosis, Lucena CAMHS are now developing the first EIPS service within CAMHS. MAINTENANCE CRAFTSPERSON (Permanent/Full-Time) Lucena Clinic, Rathgar Applications are invited for the above position within St John of God Community Mental Health Services. The successful applicant will be flexible, committed and possess previous employment in a maintenance department together with: A minimum of five years' current experience in a similar role. A recognized, relevant and validated City and Guild's qualification. Safe Pass training. Good knowledge of general maintenance disciplines. Skills and experience in the area of plumbing, heating, electrical, fitting, carpentry, painting, decorating and ground works. An ability to carry out repair request such as replacing lightbulbs, door adjustments, locks on doors, fixing walls, broken furniture etc. An ability to work under pressure, demonstrate initiative with problem solving attitudes and achieve deadlines. A recognized and full clean driving licence is essential. Remuneration Salary Grade 5606 MAINTENANCE CRAFTSPERSON on Consolidated HSE Pay Scale €42,065 - €48,369 per annum pro rata Initial location The initial location of this role is Lucena Clinic Rathgar . However, you may be required, from time to time, to work at SJOG CS's other places of business or/and the premises of such associated s companies or organisations as SJOG CS may require. You will be given as much notice of any such change of place of work as is reasonably practicable.
