Your responsibilities will include:
Cleaning, disinfecting, sterilizing, and organizing surgical instruments and supplies following safety standards
Monitoring sterilization cycles, documenting results, and resolving issues promptly to deliver on our commitment to safe, high-quality care
Preparing and organizing instrument trays and surgical rooms based on the daily schedule and procedural needs
Safely handling and disposing of biohazardous materials while keeping the work area clean and organized
Working closely with nurses and surgeons to anticipate needs and support smooth, efficient surgeries
What qualifications you will need: Successful completion of a program for operating room preferred. CRCST certification required within 1 year of hire date. Familiarity with and knowledge of medical supplies is highly preferred. Prior experience is not required but is preferred.
