What You'll Do:
Serve as the primary Urology provider on call during designated hours with APP backup support Participate in clinic days, performing outpatient procedures including cystoscopies, biopsy, and urodynamic testing Manage scheduled OR time for urological surgeries and procedures Provide thorough patient evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care Assist in the management of emergent urological cases during on-call hours Document patient encounters and procedures accurately in accordance with facility protocols
What You Need:
Active Washington State medical license or eligible for licensure Certification in BLS/ACLS (if required) Prior Urology experience preferred but not required Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and team-oriented attitude
