Trauma Level1Charting SystemCernerUnit NotesManager interviews, please make sure candidate is presclosed on pay and location**LEVEL I TRAUMA EXPERIENCE REQUIREDUnit: Interventional RadiologyRooms: 2- general IR suites, 1 Spine IR room and 2 neuro endo suitesCerts Required: ARRT (R), Az license MRTBE-CRT -- VI certificate is a plus but not requiredScrub Experience PreferredEMR: Cerner, DR (PACS)Cases per Day: 5-10Weekends: Yes possibly some Saturday'sShifts: Day shifts 8 hours M-F (830a-5p or 9a-530p)Call Requirement: NoneFloating: None outside of RadiologyFloor Specific Orientation: Philips Allera, Medrad injectorCommon cases/Types of Patients:Procedures- GI/GJ tubes, Ports, angio's, Lumbar punctures, myelograms, Neph tubes, stents, ivc filters, blood patch****Also neuro experience if possible but not required endovascular procedures, embolization's, Stents, stroke treatment - if only candidate has only or mostly neuro that is also acceptable depending on what type of casesSedation cases have 2 RN's, RT scrubs with MD. Vascular Interventional Technologist, Vascular Experience: 1 year Licenses: RAD-AZ(Copy needed) Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy Needed)
R-ARRT(Copy Needed)
CERT-ARRT- VI(Copy Needed) SSN Required DOB Required Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in last 1 year References: 2 References in the last 12 months About Company
