Yes Equipment: Thin prep integrated imager, by Hologic Type of Cryostat: Cryostat-Avantik QS12UV, Avantik QS II Type of Microscope: Nikon Eclipse E400, Olympus BX41 Cytology Proficiency Exam Required for GYN Cytolology? Yes Method of Preparation? Thinprep Documentation System/EMR: EPIC/Beaker Trauma Level/Designation: Level 3 Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 40- 45 days Required Anatomic Pathology Procedures: Surgical Pathology Cytology Tier 1: Daily: $3100 and below; Tier 2: Daily: $3101-$3350; Responsibilities will include general anatomic pathology, frozen section analysis, and cytology. The current surgical pathology volume is approximately 13,000 surgical specimens and 3,000 cytology specimens per year.
