We are partnering with a leading European banking organisation undergoing a large-scale migration of its Atlassian ecosystem from Data Center to Atlassian Cloud. As part of this transformation, we are seeking an experienced Atlassian Consultant with strong migration expertise to support the design, delivery, and optimisation of Jira, Jira Service Management (JSM), and Confluence in a cloud environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and support end-to-end migrations of Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence from Data Center to Atlassian Cloud. Conduct discovery workshops, assessments, migration planning, test migrations, cutovers, and post-migration support activities. Analyse existing Atlassian implementations and design scalable cloud-native solutions, including workflows, permissions, schemes, custom fields, dashboards, and reporting structures. Replace and modernise ScriptRunner/Groovy-based functionality using Atlassian Cloud-native capabilities such as Automation, workflow functions, Advanced Roadmaps/Jira Plans, and suitable Marketplace applications. Plan and execute migrations of key Marketplace applications and associated data, including Assets & Inventory, EazyBI, ScriptRunner, Custom Charts, Projectrak, Structure, Tempo, and Zephyr. Configure, administer, and optimise Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence across both Data Center and Cloud environments. Design and support enterprise identity and access management solutions, including SSO integrations using SAML, SCIM, and Azure AD. Develop and maintain integrations using Jira and Confluence REST APIs, webhooks, and automation frameworks. Facilitate stakeholder workshops, gather requirements, recommend best practices, and drive adoption of Agile and ITSM processes. Produce high-quality technical documentation, operational runbooks, knowledge transfer materials, and user training. Required Experience Strong hands-on administration experience with Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence across both Data Center/Server and Atlassian Cloud environments. Proven track record delivering successful Jira and Confluence migrations from Data Center to Atlassian Cloud. Experience working with Atlassian Guard. Strong ScriptRunner and Groovy scripting expertise, including listeners, scripted fields, workflow post-functions, and administrative utilities. Solid experience building integrations using Jira and Confluence REST APIs. Practical experience with Atlassian Marketplace applications including Assets & Inventory, EazyBI, ScriptRunner, Custom Charts, Projectrak, Structure, Tempo, Zephyr, and Jira Plans/Advanced Roadmaps. Strong understanding of identity management, Active Directory, SSO, and user provisioning. Good knowledge of Agile methodologies and ITSM/ITIL processes within Jira Software and Jira Service Management. Desirable Experience Experience working on large-scale Atlassian Cloud migration programmes within banking, financial services, or other regulated industries. Previous consulting or Atlassian Partner experience delivering cloud migration projects across multiple clients. Atlassian certifications. This role can be worked remotely from Europe but chosen candidate must have EU Passport or Irish stamp 4 Visa Benefits: Work From Home
