Associate Veterinarian (DVM) - Sylva, NC A veterinary hospital is seeking an experienced Associate Veterinarian (DVM) to join its collaborative and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for a veterinarian who enjoys practicing high-quality medicine in a well-established environment with a strong focus on patient care, teamwork, and work-life balance. Responsibilities
Perform physical examinations and diagnostics Develop and implement treatment plans Conduct routine surgical and dental procedures Prescribe medications and monitor patient progress Maintain accurate medical records Educate clients on preventive care, treatment options, and pet wellness Work collaboratively to ensure the highest standard of patient care Qualifications
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree from an accredited institution Active veterinary license or eligibility for licensure Strong clinical, surgical, and communication skills Compassionate approach to patient and client care Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Compensation & Benefits
