Salary: to €48k Benefits: Bonus, Pension (8%), Healthcare, WFH (1 day), Gym, Canteen, Tax Saver, Bike to Work Scheme, Annual Reviews Total Package:Up to €59k Key Areas of Responsibility Overseeing billing for designated partners and solicitors Accurately entering and maintaining billing and client information in the practice management systems Preparing and distributing pre-bills and final invoices Drafting narratives from Work In Progress Reports and calculating figures. Following up with relevant Fee Earners to ensure all time is captured. Processing signed off bills with Accounts. Preparing Transaction bills to clients specifications. Resolving billing issues, including rejections and appeals Tracking outstanding balances and follow up as needed Collaborating with solicitors and legal staff on billing matters Assisting with new matter setup and other billing-related tasks Ensuring electronic and hard copy filing is up to date. Other administrative tasks and ad hoc projects as requested Skills and Experience 3+ years experience in a billing environment. Experience in legal billing is preferred. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines. Good organisational & communication skills. Strong experience with MS office suite. Use initiative in decision making.
