Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders in a skilled nursing facility setting Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and clinical goals Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as clinically appropriate Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home programs
Required Qualifications
Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology Current and valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in New Jersey Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA or eligibility Experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior travel or contract therapy experience Familiarity with MDS documentation and skilled nursing facility workflows
