Execute radiographic and CT scanning techniques to produce high-quality images for physicians' evaluations Work in tandem with radiologists and your healthcare team to ensure the highest accuracy in diagnoses Properly position patients and adjust equipment for optimal imaging results Practice safety protocols to protect patients and team members alike during procedures Keep comprehensive and up-to-date records including imaging logs and maintenance of equipment Deliver compassionate care throughout every phase of the imaging process Foster a safe, efficient, and organized imaging environment Qualifications and Education
An Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is required; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred Completion of an accredited radiology program Necessary Certifications
ARRT certification (CT and/or Radiography) is mandatory Current BLS certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire Essential Skills for Success
Strong knowledge of imaging protocols and adherence to safety standards Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with patients and diverse staff Capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced atmosphere while adapting to evolving demands A meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accountability Proficiency with PACS, RIS, and the latest imaging software technology Your Perks and Benefits
