Job Description Schedule Shift: 08:00 - 16:30 Days: Monday to Friday Weekend rotation
Assignment Details Contract Length: 52 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 0
Requirements - 10% Salary placement fee - Salary range: $39-$45 per hour - Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation preferred
Roles & Responsibilities - Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a skilled nursing facility. - Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans. - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. - Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making adjustments to care plans as needed. - Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. - Support patients and their families during the rehabilitation process.
Compliance / Notes - Must complete background checks and drug screenings. - Orientation and training will be provided as necessary. - Adherence to dress code and facility policies is required.
