Veterinary Assistant Position We are currently looking to hire a Veterinary Assistant to join our team at Animal Medical Center I-35 in Edmond, Oklahoma! Location: 3800 E 2nd St, Edmond, OK 73034 Animal Medical Center I-35 is a full-service veterinary hospital proudly serving Edmond, OK and the surrounding communities. We're known not only for high-quality medicine, but for a strong, supportive team culture where attitude and teamwork matter just as much as skills. Our ideal teammate brings a positive outlook, a "find-the-yes" mindset, and a genuine desire to help wherever needed. We value energetic, outgoing professionals who are just as comfortable building relationships as they are staying focused, efficient, and getting the job done. With three experienced veterinarians who each bring their own unique style, we're looking for someone adaptable, collaborative, and confident working alongside a diverse medical team — all while treating every patient and client like family. Who You Are
1+ years of veterinary clinical experience Ability to work evenings and weekends as required Knowledge of industry tools and equipment Experience with proper animal handling and restraint Ability to be adaptable and work well with existing doctors and team members Ability to perform nursing care in a hospital setting Solid understanding of animal behavior and healthcare Understands the importance of excellent communication and organizational skills
