Medical Program Lead The Medical Program Lead will participate in the development of and lead the execution of the medical pre-launch and launch activities for an Immunology asset, while adhering to the highest scientific and ethical standards ensuring for success. Activities include medical affairs tactics, support to scientific communications, publications and clinical studies. Continuous support to activities and deliverables owned by the cross-functional headquarter teams (including Marketing, Patient Access, and Community Engagement). Preferred candidates are located close to one of our East Coast offices (NC and MA). Execute global medical strategy for an Immunology asset, including the following deliverables:
Build and execute global medical strategy and tactical plans (pre-launch and launch) Manage engagement of global KOLs in the field Input to clinical development activities Internal and external medical/scientific communication and education deliverables External and internal training and training material Scientific input to external and internal scientific publications Support to cross-functional projects Provide scientific input to the development of material driven by cross-functional teams
To be successful in these activities, the Medical Program Lead:
Will possess and continue to develop a significant level of knowledge in Immunology Will build and further develop productive relationships with key external stakeholders Will develop productive relationships and contributions within the cross-functional headquarter team, as well as with local affiliate offices, and collaborative partners Will role model the highest scientific and ethical standards, and work in accordance with applicable rules and regulations with regards medical activities
Experiences/Competencies:
8 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry (e.g., Medical Affairs) Experience with global/regional launch experience is desirable Experience and ability to engage with key external stakeholders Proven ability to build and execute strategic and tactical medical plans Demonstrated ability to accurately and effectively evaluate and analyse medical/scientific literature Developed presentation and communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Strong intercultural competencies

The base salary range for this role is 240,000$ - 280,000$. Each individual offer will be determined based on several factors, including your experience, qualifications, and location. Additionally, this role is eligible for both short-term and long-term bonuses, as outlined in the plan details.
