Able to perform all CT exams within scope of practice, capable of obtaining quality radiographs of all body parts using proper exposure, markers, and shielding, and knows how to use portable x-ray machines and c-arms. Instructs and educates patient regarding the ordered test and prepares the patient for the procedure Able to use CR reader, erase CR cassettes, send images from CR reader, and perform image manipulation as necessary. Able to access PACS, review studies, and perform basic functions for image manipulations. Resolve QA issues, close studies as reviewed, burn CD's, transfer images, and print from PACS. Records all care information concisely, accurately and completely, in a timely manner, in the appropriate format and on the appropriate forms Maintains order, stock, and cleanliness of all areas in the department

Required
Graduate of an accredited college or technical school for Radiologic Technology and Minimum of 12 months of experience as a Radiologic Technologist Registered Technologist Radiography ARRT, upon hire and Medical Radiographer: ND, upon hire and Basic Life Support - CPR, within 30 Days and Registered Technologist Computed Tomography, within 18 - months
