Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAI/ML Scientist / EngineerWe are hiring an AI/ML Scientist / Engineer to work on advanced machine learning systems focused on real-time, low-latency AI applications. This role involves research, development, and deployment of AI methods, as well as integration of modern learning frameworks for complex decision-making and video-based analysis tasks.Responsibilities:Use state-of-the-art AI technologies to research, develop, and deploy real-time, low-latency AI solutionsDevelop and integrate AI agent and/or deep reinforcement learning (DRL) frameworks for decision-making, workflow automation, or adaptive optimization in video-based applicationsStay current with the latest developments in AI research and emerging technologiesUnderstand application needs and translate them into design, development, and validation of AI solutionsFollow company product development standards and proceduresCommunicate effectively with project managers and team members on executionPerform other duties as assigned by managementRequired Qualifications:Experience in AI, ML, DL, or related fields, or a PhD/master’s degree with equivalent experienceExperience with advanced vision-language or foundation models (e.g., GPT-4o, SAM, and similar models) for image/video analysisExperience with AI agents and/or deep reinforcement learning, including prompt engineering and frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or RAGStrong understanding of computer vision fundamentals including camera calibration, SLAM, registration, multi-view geometry, tracking, and mappingStrong deep learning knowledge including classification, tracking, mapping, transformers, and CNNsStrong programming skills in C++ and/or PythonExperience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or KerasStrong problem-solving skills with ability to rapidly implement, verify, and iterate solutionsPreferred Qualifications:Strong algorithm development experience in medical image analysis, segmentation, and image registrationExperience with NVIDIA tooling and/or TensorRT deploymentExperience with 3D visualization programming in LinuxKnowledge of human anatomy and medical image interpretationExperience with DICOMExperience working with imaging modalities such as endoscopic video, ultrasound, CT, or similar sensor dataTo apply, email your resume.Sheila Shamloo
