Deliver individualized speech therapy sessions focusing on communication skills, fluency, voice modulation, and swallowing techniques. Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals, including physical and occupational therapists, nurses, and physicians, to ensure integrated patient care. Educate patients and families, empowering them to support ongoing development beyond the therapy environment. Participate in infrequent inpatient evaluations and interventions to maintain comprehensive treatment continuity. Ensure accurate, timely documentation that adheres to relevant regulatory frameworks. Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. Successful completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet holding ASHA certification. Certifications
Valid state license as a Speech Language Pathologist. Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification to be obtained within 30 days of employment. Skills
