Occupational Therapist (OT) - PRNLocation: Manderley Healthcare Center | Osgood, IN Manderley Healthcare Center is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) - PRN to provide high-quality rehabilitation services for our skilled nursing facility in Osgood, IN. This role is ideal for a dedicated therapy professional committed to helping residents achieve maximum independence and functional outcomes. Position Summary The Occupational Therapist is responsible for evaluating residents, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering occupational therapy services to promote independence, safety, and quality of life. The OT collaborates closely with the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to ensure resident-centered care. Key Responsibilities
Evaluate residents to obtain data necessary for treatment planning, including development of short-term and long-term goals Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments to improve residents' functional abilities and independence Collaborate with other members of the rehabilitation team to develop programs consistent with residents' needs and capabilities Educate residents, families, and caregivers on treatment goals, safety techniques, and therapeutic exercises Document evaluations, treatments, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately and timely in accordance with facility and regulatory standards Qualifications
Associate's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Current Indiana Occupational Therapist license in good standing OTR/L certification required Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred Must be Lymphedema Certified Benefits We strive to provide our employees with a comprehensive and affordable benefits package, including:
