This position is responsible for processing transactions within centralized services supporting enrollment, financial operations and campus operations. Ensures efficiency, consistency, compliance, and high-quality service across assigned functions. Experience in higher education administrative operations preferred. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills along with high ethical standards and the ability to handle sensitive situations. This is a full time position and will report to the Director of Central Services. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Drive efficiency, consistency, and accuracy in campus administrative functions
Institutional p-card processing and back-office support
Intercollegiate athletics National Letter of Intent (LOI) processing, ensuring compliance with NAIA and institutional requirements
General supplies ordering and centralized purchasing
Standardize administrative procedures across assigned areas
Maintain data accuracy, reporting, and compliance related to assigned functions
Identify opportunities for process improvement and service enhancement
