Seeking a high-performing Sales Enablement Program Manager, this full-time remote position will manage a small sales enablement team, lead front-line coaching, and implement AI strategies to enhance sales processes and team performance. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and inspire a high-impact sales enablement team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement Lead live sales process reviews and provide actionable feedback to elevate sales execution Architect and implement AI strategies to drive efficiency in content development and learner engagement
Required Qualifications:
Proven track record as a quota-carrying sales professional with experience in B2B SaaS sales 3+ years in Sales Enablement or Sales Management, overseeing full sales-to-success lifecycle programs Expert-level facilitation skills with the ability to motivate senior sellers Hands-on experience with MEDDPICC implementation in a live sales environment Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and conversation intelligence tools
