Preferred Qualifications 1-5 years of management experience Education A Brief Overview: Directs workflow for medical records departments and front-end technicians. Establishes support for service priorities by ensuring workflow efficiencies to meet prescription order deliverables. What You Will Do
Coordinates processes and assignments for supervisors and individual contributors to achieve the Front-End OCR area's goals. Advises team on policies and procedures to ensure compliance and achievement of the organization's goals and objectives for Front End OCR. Develops strategy to ensure the accurate entry of prescriptions with patient payer information. Evaluates operating results with established objectives and recommends performance improvement opportunities. Controls payroll costs through analyzing allocation of resources and staffing needs. Generates and maintains communication throughout the organization. Conducts performance appraisals to provide employees with timely and constructive feedback. Manages operational aspects of the team (e.g., budget, performance, and compliance), and implements workforce and succession plans to meet business needs.
Anticipated Weekly Hours: 40 Time Type: Full time Pay Range: The typical pay range for this role is: $46,988.00 - $112,200.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. Our people fuel our future.
