Assume responsibility and accountability for the direct delivery of nursing services. Provide medications and treatment to residents. Make nursing rounds and assist with physician rounds. Respond to emergency calls throughout the community. Supervise direct care given to residents by CNAs/CHHAs. Complete all required documentation in an accurate and timely manner. Ensure that the resident's privacy, confidentiality, and dignity are always maintained. Assist with assessments of residents and coordination of the residents' plans of care. Education and Experience:
High school Diploma or equivalent required Valid NJ LPN License required CPR Certified 2+ Years experience in LTC or sub-acute setting preferred Benefits (Part Time):
