Responsibilities Initiate and maintain relationships with Account Executives (AE’s), internal staff, and external clients including agencies and out‑of‑home buying services. Provide customer service and follow up on all requests on behalf of the AE. Coordinate and process advertising contracts, internal work orders, non‑space agreements, paper request forms, client posting instructions, completion reports, credits, CCN’s, and all related paperwork. Track production activities of accounts and provide accurate completion reports upon installation. Develop understanding of CMS/IMS systems to create effective proposals, contracts, and maps for AEs. Represent the Sales Department with professionalism and diplomacy. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and 1‑2 years of professional work experience, preferably in sales or advertising. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to multitask, communicate clearly, and maintain personal and professional integrity. Strong interpersonal, written, and organizational skills. Self‑motivated with a commitment to work with integrity. Salary & Compensation The base salary range is $26–$31 per hour, and additional compensation will be determined during the interview process based on experience and market benchmarks.
