Responsibilities
Inspire and motivate teams to meet or exceed assigned sales targets and established KPIs.
Exemplify a player‑coach approach by setting the sales and training standards for top performance in the market.
Lead recruitment efforts and execute strategies to maintain top‑quality talent across all assigned locations.
Embody a model of professionalism, work ethic, and determination for Premium, the client, in‑store management, and associates.
Qualifications Prior sales experience or knowledge of the wireless industry is not mandatory, but candidates must be driven to learn. Strong communication skills and the ability to match customers with the best product, accessories, and smartphone services are required.
Compensation Base salary plus monthly performance‑based bonus and commission. Total earning potential exceeds the base salary.
