Sales Manager Salary Range: $17.25 to $18.25 per hour. Eligible for incentive pay based on performance.
Responsibilities
Generate leads and close agreements.
Process renewal payments.
Physically handle merchandise to maintain showroom floors.
Build long‑lasting customer and vendor relationships.
Set sales goals and drive new business with marketing strategies.
Assist the General Manager with operational functions.
Assist with deliveries in the event a driver is not available.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Aptitude for marketing.
Desire to make a difference for our customers.
Age: 21 years old (18 in Canada).
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Two years of college or previous management experience preferred.
Valid state Driver’s License and meet DOT requirements (U.S.).
Flexible schedule with availability between 8:00 am and 9:00 pm.
Able to perform physical job, including lifting up to 50 lb. without help and 300 lb. with a dolly.
