Duties:
Clearly communicate current details on offers, events, promotions, benefits, and property amenities. Explain to guests the player tracking systems, comping guidelines, player benefits and usage. Complete all transactions related to Player's Club, Marketing, Promotions and Special Events efficiently and in a timely manner.Enter accurate information of newly enrolled accounts and updating existing accounts as needed. Assist with database marketing efforts to include data entry and data collection. Use several computer applications simultaneously to analyze information and make appropriate decisions related to the Passport Loyalty Program adhering to company policy.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years of age.Must be able to maintain a valid license with the Gaming Control Board.Alcohol Awareness card required. Two or more years of customer service experience required.Understand the importance of confidentiality. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
