Provide primary care nursing to a diverse patient population with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4-6 Utilize EPIC for charting and documentation Administer and titrate medications, including Heparin, per protocol Interpret telemetry strips and collaborate with tele monitor techs Participate in a rotating schedule, including every other weekend and holiday rotations Float to similar units as needed, with support roles in higher acuity areas Complete a comprehensive orientation to ensure a smooth transition into the unit Requirements: Active RN license BLS and NIHSS certifications Must have experience with total joint procedures and PCA pumps Understanding of TPN/Lipids and narcotic management Need 1 year experience in setting Experience with EPIC charting system Apply today and let Capstone Health help you reach your full potential!
